At what ski areas can I hire the kits?

The Avalanche Safety Kits for individual hires are available at Edge to Edge Whakapapa (10 packs) - www.e2e.co.nz

 

Am I insured?

The self rescue packs are like an insurance policy. You take it out hoping you will not need it!

If you were buried you have a chance of being found in time to be alive.

The first 15 minutes are critical. After that your chances of survival decrease rapidly.

It is a cheap insurance!

Can I book online?

The JGA Trust packs are for schools and groups as a teaching tool can be booked online here. The ASK packs are also available with the M1 transceivers
